Swing Shift Big Band

SWING SHIFT makes public appearances and plays corporate events, private parties, weddings, club dates, society events and more.  Here is a look at our performance calendar:

2010 Shows:

January 19 - Fundraiser for Haiti at the Arlington Knights of Columbus - 5115 Little Falls Road - 7-9pm.  $20.  Cash bar.  All proceeds to charity. 

January 30 - Private show at Hampden Sydney College - Farmville, VA

February 19 - Private show at Heritage Hunt in Gainsville, VA

March 21 - Blues Alley - Washington, DC

May 15 - Dance at Park View High School in Sterling, VA - 7pm - $5 admission for adults / $2 for students

July 1 - Frying Pan Park - Herndon, VA - 7:30 - 8:30 - Free show sponsored by Fairfax County (Directions) 

August 20 - Mason District Park - Annandale, VA - 7:30 - 8:30 - Free show sponsored by Fairfax County

August 27 - Bethesda Metro Center - Bethesda, MD - 6 - 9pm - Free show sponsored by Bethesda Metro Center 

September 17 - Arlington Knights of Columbus / Part of the "Swinging Pig" pig roast and dance - 5115 Little Falls Road.  8pm $25 

October 2 - Virginia Oaks Community Party - Gainsville, VA  2-5pm.  Private Event.

October 16 - Shenandoah University - Alumni Weekend Tailgate- 4:30 - 6:30.  Winchester, VA.  FREE! 

November 8 - Blues Alley - Washington, DC - Album Release Party.  Link will appear when tickets are available.
